This is easily the worst place I have ever lived. The first night there I experienced my first poverty level, trashy, Hispanic's fiesta that lasted the entire night.

Look forward to Mexican music and Spanish-speaking taunts & hollers as you drive through the dark, dirty parking lot in search of a parking stall that you WON'T FIND. The parking SUCKS!!! There is less than one spot per resident. You are put on a waiting list to recieve a carport spot that you have to pay for. I've been on the list since I moved in--over three months ago!!!Otherwise, forget it. You're walking from the theatre parking lot across the street.

Your are right on there everything you said is or was true, don't know now I finally got smart and got out of there

Ive moved from there two years ago and still comeback reading the same bad reviews. this place will never change. i got out wanna know how? after my car had the rims stolen and numerous break ins. i called the OWNERS screw the crappy fat chick that calls herself the manager i called the OWNER and told him myself what was happening. He had her call me mind u she was on her best behavior now. and she told me i could leave whenever i wanted! ontop of that i did get almost all my deposit back which was amazing. thats the only good thing that came outta this DUMP!
