Excellent Place to live.... - I've lived in Crosspointe for over a year now and,I've Never had a problem at all with anyone. Everyone is very friendly and no one messes with you. Mold, crooked management, ghetto Bathroom had mold. Fix was to come in and bleach everything, along with drilling hundreds of holes in our roof. Mold came back and they never did fill in those holes. Our apartment was not the only one with mold.

Its nice here. The managers are very helpful, grounds are clean, property is well lit. Seems like the new managers know what they are doing unlike previous managers that have come and gone.

Horrible place and question about serial rapist from a few years back Paint jobs not finished, old appliances, spend all the rent money on painting curbs. Hard to break out of the lease and they're just greedy. My rent has gone up three times in the past year; ridiculous.
