Nice place to live - I've been at Trellis since Oct.2010 and I love it. I moved from Glen Park and this is so much better, I can actually get some sleep at night. Glen Park was so noisy and ghetto. Stay FAR FAR Away Short and sweet. Terrible maintenance. Hot tub doesn't have jets...pools are dirty and closed 25% of the time...I wouldn't put bare skin on their tanning bed...business center doesn't work...no fax and no copier... computers are down 50% of the time.

maintenance Had problem with delayed response by management to maintenance concerns. Very poor response to obvious hazardous situation. Would not recommend moving there due to inept decision making and lack of immediate response when needed.

thin walls moved in and 4 days later a family with 3 kids moves in ...sounds like thunder. called cops and they sed they get complaint all the time about noise people. management doesn't care about people braking lease as long as they pay rent.
