In this complex the best place to live is in apts with garages.
Many in this complex are better than average incomes.
and seem to have a better cliental but renter beware.
reviews that are put for this complex seem to be biased.
I have read the reviews of the other renters here and have found one that was honest enough to tell how they feel.
I agree with this individual but don't agree on their reasonings.
It is not as noisy as some of the other complexes but their is still noisy that filters through.
I have found that kids seems to be running all over the place which is ok but since they do not have a place to play specifically for them they can be easily run over.
the utilities are another concern, the company that charges for water, sewr , and garbage are out of state by a company called ISTA and seem to charge a premium for usage.
water would be low but not for sewage.
electricity is done through tacoma and the rate is average with the other complexes around the area.
The staff is great.
As far as the rent it is concurrent with other charges in the area for new complexes.
Hopefully by summer they will have the rest of the complex done.as far as recommending i am still new to the complex and will have to wait and see...you choose
