Where do I start. Well the two other reviews at this time that rate Bella Sonoma at a 2.0 are pretty accurate. The three that rate it at a 5.0 must have blinders on and hearing aid off! The walls are more than paper thin. I can her perfect conversations of the people above us. I know when their kids are home, when they go out on the balcony, if the baby is upset, if the mom is upset, and most of the time there must be a circus going on there is so much noise. We thought that with the monthly rent that seems more like a mortgage payment there would be a high class of people living here. Parking is an absolute joke!!! Yes, if you have an attatched garage like we do you are guaranteed one spot. but this is a 2 bed with two adults. Half the time there is no parking near my unit and I have to walk a few buildings away. This is mainly because some units have a minimum of 4 cars to them not 2 like normal. Anytime a guest comes over they can't even find parking either. This situation has been brought to the staff's attention multiple times, but they just put up a note on everyone's doors. They won't actually address the specific people that are causing the problem. They told us when we moved in 3 months ago the second cabana with the pool, gym, and tanning would be ready by June. Here it is the end of June and it seems it won't be done until the end of August. Maintenance staff doesn't really follow through. The few things I requested be done he either does a poor job or just flat out lies and says it was finished and it wasn't. Found TONS of flaws after moving in with the way these were built and made "move in ready". We would rather still be in our old apartment that was about 20-30 years old. Long story short.....WE CAN'T WAIT TO MOVE!!!
