I've lived here now the 6 months. I can honestly say that I really like it here. Yeah the pool and stuff isn't done, but you can't help construction. That's what most people don't understand. It's not the office's fault. About the car break ins...nothing was taken from what I understand, and they gave us notice of the incident. I haven't heard anything since than about that. The office staff is great. They're friendly, they take of any issues that may arise. I know that parking has become an issue, but when I spoke with the assistant manager, she informed me that they are aware of the problem, and they have ordered parking stickers for the tenants here. I think that will remedy the problem. When ever I put in a work order, the maintenance guy is there to fix it that day. How many places you rent at can say that' About noise, when you open your door, you hear complete silence. I can say that I would recommend Bella Sonoma to other people.

Apparently you turn off your hearing aid cuz the walls aint that thick, and since you post this anounomously you eith are the manager and are trying to keep people from leaving which apparently it looks like there are several individuals and families leaving. Sides now the gate is broken and that hasn't been fixed and a couple of nights ago there looked like there was a leak from an apt that was just recently vacated. you need to open your eyes

Well i can agree with Tiggertyger I have noticed a couple of tenants moving out, Im my townhouse there is always something breaking from the handrail to the toilet constantly running and the walls are not all that thick at all when you can hear your neighbors telephone ringing so loud that you think its your own phone!!! Also we have a lot of section 8 tenants and in my humble opinion If you cant afford to live here by your own means then you do not deserve to live in this community, thats probibly the reason for the break ins! the parking is horrible when the people from the complex across the street parks their vehicle in our community. As the gates being broke I dont feel any safer with the gates being there because anyone can get in at will. The apartments are nice but i dont forsee them staying this way for long.

This property does not qualify under the state to allow section 8 residents. I know, I work for DSHS. Also, those who live in glass houses shouldn't throw stones. What makes you think you are any better than anyone else. What gives you the right to judge others based on the vehicle they drive or how they look. Shame on you. If you want people to take you seriously, the communicate in english, not some back woods, street slang broken english. I love it here, the office staff is friendly, the maintenance guy works his ass off. He is the only person fixing all of the construction mistakes. There is no help for him!! Unless you live in a bubble there will be noise. Hearing things through walls is apartment living. If you don't like it, take your "better than everyone else" attitude and buy a house....or are you afraid that homeowners will judge you like you judge others?
