I perosnally think that the actual TENANTS have all given this place a 0.

I hate this place and the people above me are LOUD and their kids are always banging around.

The office staff is very rude after you lease with them and I think they gossip about the tenants too.

I rented a 2 bedroom and it's falling apart.

The wood on the cills are cracked and they threatened to tow my car on more than one occasion.

I wont live here after my lease runs out this fall.
