My husband and I pay a lot of rent, we live in a townhouse and they have had NONE of the construction done in the time frame they said, still no pool, gym, etc. It's also not as classy as we tought for about $1300 a month, out lease has run out and it's a good thing we bought a home elsewhere and are moving anyway. The staff is sometimes friendly, sometimes not, they are kind of a hit and miss on kindness factor. Depends on if they had the V8 that day. The constrution of the living units themselves is made of very cheap materials and paint. it's a nice quiet area to live if it's only a temporary plan for you, but don't plan on the long term of it. There are also low income apartments that are very close to you, which is not something I expected for the price that we pay for what we were told were luxury homes when we first moved in. That, they are not. We have a two car garage, so we do not have a problem with parking.
