This is a very nice community. If you thought that it wasn't going to be noisy with construction going on then you are a moron!! Get over it, noise is everywhere. The apartments are nice, the staff is friendly and the maintenance is timely and always courteous. I am having more construction issues with my new home I just purchased and am waiting to move into. Good thing you have a maintenance person to call. Wait until you purchase a $400,000 home and you have to wait for them to fix everything so you can move in while you are paying your mortgage and your rent. Shut your holes and enjoy life. Quit bitching about everything. If you hate it so much then move out!
