Ok, I was one of the first residents to live here.

I have heared quite a bit about your complaining and it is all just crap. You think coming on here to retaliate because you didn't get your way is going to somehow put a black eye in this place' You know, the office staff are some of the best people I have ever had the privlidge of meeting. Yes, the staff is black and white when it comes to rules but that's their job and they do it with integrity and treat everyone as an equal. As for the managers, they probably have one of the hardest jobs in their field. Not only does management have to please the owner and management company they represent, but they have to listen to you boobs whine too and do it with a smile! I'm beginning to think none of you have a grasp on the fundamentals of how this all works AT ALL. It's not their fault that weather slowed down construction and it's not their fault that parking sucks sometimes. It's pretty much a thankless job all together that those people do. I remember coming in one morning and there was a man crying because his wife died that morning and the manager stopped everything she was doing just to listen to him speak and cheer him up. If you ask me, that's doing more than the job descriiption demands. Also, I was really sick last year and I they gave me support and that alone meant a lot to me. I wont lie, I've pissed these people off before by parking my car where I shouldn't have, but did I come on here and complain' NO, it's my FAULT for disregarding the terms of my lease when it came to parking. They don't make these rules to waste their breath. I would also like to add that the maintenance guy is pretty good at his job so if he comes knocking on your door in the morning, telling you to move your car out of a RV spot or some other place it shouldn't be (and believe me you SOB's are crafty at this one!), don't be a douche about it. Shut up and apologize for wasting his time and don't do it again. This place is the best place to live and remember , it is APARTMENT LIVING. Be glad they only charge what they do because I have seen far worse at a higher price. And for what we're paying, we have it pretty damned good.

it IS their fault the parking sucks. Maybe if they would have followed through with the parking plan they put out in august, and not given the townhouse people passes like they were supposed to, there would be plenty of spots. and if you have a garage, ------- use it!

(In response to the ---- repressed mommas boy above me) actually, us townhouse folk don't have parking spot passes, genius! And there were GARAGE INSPECTIONS DONE, idiot. Those inspections were to INSURE the gaarges were being used. Man you're a ----in retard..
