I have lived here since the place opened up. Initially the staff was nice and friendly. I assume this was in an effort to get my wife and I to sign the lease. Since I have moved here I have had several problems with the apartment falling apart. The place was put together fast and poor. The typical problems range from falling banisters, shower doors, oven broke and to much to write about. The parking is less than adequate. I live in a three bed room and have three vehicles. The management has poorly attempted to correct the problem by issuing parking passes. The problem with that is there is no one here to "enforce" the parking passes after the staff leaves at 5:00ish. After that many residents have overnight guest that tend to be every night that take up the parking for the ones who pay the ridiculous rent. We received a letter from management requesting us not to park in a certain area. This we were told was so they could improve the parking situation. They painted six stalls at the office. The stalls prior to being painted were for everyone. Now management has made sure that they can park near the office where they work. Once again putting the residents that pay rent on the back burner. I guess as long as you work here you can park at the office, if not you will get towed, but hey what does it matter that you are the rent payer. I guess it would be to much for management to have to park out on the public road like the tenants are forced to do. The other three stalls were labeled 5 min parking. Once aging taking 3 stalls from the tenants. The audacity of the management is overwhelming. I have never seen such a self-centered group of employees. All they care about is getting one to sign a lease after that you are on your own. I would never recommend this complex to anyone. I think all the staff should be fired and replaced. I could go on and on with problems but what good would that do. It doesn't change the fact that I am stuck in a lease and can't wait to move when the lease is up.
