This complex has its definite ups and downs.

I must say after moving here from out of state I felt safe, my luxury vehicle was never stolen or broken into and the surrounding area is quaint.

The apartment was completely new and the minor maintenance issues were rectified quickly.
My experience with the management and maintenance have always been positive.

My dislikes about the complex is the noise level between apartments.

The walls seem especially thin here.

I-5 traffic can be heard while in bed at night.

I expected to hear a few noises every now and then but I can actually hear my neighbors walking around getting in and out of bed, the cat running back and forth playing, and other routine practices.

Initially I wanted to rent a two bedroom townhouse and have been on the waiting list for months without an update.

I think the price is a bit much for a standard apartment with limited amenities.

This place is great for temporary tenants or for those that know what to expect going in.

*I only have one vehicle so parking isn't a problem for me.
