Not bad, but could be better in some aspects. Sounds like everyone has already complained about anything I would. There are definitely some better places out there if you look around. Check out Willow Springs in Puyallup, or Clock Tower down in Dupont if you are okay with shelling out some extra cash. The units along the back side of the complex do have a nice view of the mountain. Management is iffy, and maintenance seems to be pretty decent. They have always helped out fairly promptly whenever I needed anything done. I don't think I would recommend it to anyone though as I feel there are better places to live out there for the money. I think the area bugs me too, 20th street is hell. Plus I think the field behind the place got bought out, so who knows what is going to be blocking the last of the view in a short while.

My wife and I are thinking about moving in there end of march 2007 to one of the 2 bed/2bath townhomes right in front of that big field this person is talking about I think. I hope we dont move in there and wake up one morning to a bunch of construction noise, that would suck! But the whole complex looks overwhelming, expessially with thier new cabana with all it has to offer! Good luck to us I guess.

I would consider elsewhere. Just a fair warning. Also I was down at les schwab all the time getting a nail removed from my tire 3 times during my stay over there. So be careful about that too.
