I have read alot of the other reviews on this page.

I do agree with some of things listed.

But this is apartment living and the thin walls and parking will always be an issue whichever apartment complex you live in.

Overall, the management is very nice.

The apartments themselves are very nice on the inside and out.

And so far, we havent had but some minor problems inside the apartment, but nothing that cant be fixed.

We are on the first floor, so we do hear the neighbors quite a bit above us.

But it is a trade off, because im sure they can hear us at times as well.

I left my purse by accident on my porch.

It was left overnight, and thank god, it never was touched.

And we live next to the street.

That made me feel pretty good about the area we live in.We are from Arizona.

That purse would of been gone in a heartbeat over there.

:( We have been here a month now, and my husband and i love it.

I would recommend this apartment complex.

My only complaint is hopefully the apartment will eventually build a kids outside play area.

That would be nice.
