Don't let the glamour of the cabanas, apartments, and the fact that this is a gated community fool you. You heard the meaning Don't Judge a book by it's cover, well this is the case of these apartments.

The Dryer Takes about 3 hours to dry, this place is not kid friendly, and don't even accidentally drop a glass of water because if even a little gets on the wall, and you go to dry it of the paint rubs right off.

I understand that this is apartment living and you have to deal with hearing neighbors walk accross the room, but is it normal to hear the drawer slides when your neighbors close their drawers' I can hear my neighbors conversations which are not loud at all, I fell like I am invading their privacy by just sitting in my living room watching tv.

I must say the management is nice, and if something needs to be addressed they make sure to take care of it immediately. But, they have no experience handling issues.

People from the apartments across the street, also like to come and enjoy the ammenities that you will pay $600 more than them a month, and they will walk right infront of the office doors in groups with their towels.

These are not kid friendly apartments, these apartments observe 24 hour quite time, which means if your infant cries and the neighbors complain you will be reminded of this rule. What are we suppose to do muzzle our children' why do you think new parents are always exhausted'

I must say I would not reccomend anyone with children to move here, and to all the floor and ceiling pounders that start hitting the floor when a child cries, get over it you live in apartments and if you don't like it move to your own place.

I agree with your comment about invading your neighbor's privacy just by sitting in my living room watching TV. I exactly know what is going on downstairs in their living room, bath room and bedroom. I am so sick of it and I cannot wait to move out in a couple of months.
