I currently live at the apartments. It is all one could ask for in service, maintainence, and security.Lovely apts with new appliances, roomy and comfortable. Now here is the bad points.. Price... You pay more for these services here. Rent is highter than the surounding areas. What don't you get in return' You have to travel approximately 2 miles to shop for groceries (Milton) Construction and no light at 20th and 62nd. It's a nightmare to get in and out.Lines back up on 62nd to get on. Forget about making a left if the high school is open. 20th St. backs up everywhere at rush hour.The owners are trying to get a light put in, but when' Wait till the major construstion comes in. Whew... So if you like to pay more than the going rate for a nice apt and arent frustrated by backups, no egress or regress, than I suggest Bella Sonoma. I would love to stay .... but
