I recently moved into these apartments and must say it is the best apartment complex I have lived in. I took a lot of time researching and visiting various apartments, and Bella Sanoma is by far the best. I am very analytical so I looked just about everywhere before making my decision. The area is really quiet, and I have yet to have any issues with traffic. At night you can hear frogs and crickets, but it is really relaxing. I have never felt as though my safety was in danger. There are a couple of nice parks within walking distance, and everyone is very friendly. You also have great freeway access and a nice workout room!! There is a walking trail and a car port for washing your vehicle and an outlet to vacume it as well. The rent is a little pricey, but you pay for what you get. These are the most luxury apartments!!! I have no complaint's thus far. You really have to check out this place for yourself. Different people have different experiences for various reasons. I am very very picky, and I give this place 5 stars!!! SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ

I wrote the review above when I first moved in.... The property is still very nice etc. but I have come to realize that they are overly strict on parking. My husband parked his car in the visitors section and it was towed! The manager said that the maintenance guy did not see his permit on his dashboard, but after paying close to $300 to pick up his vehicle from Fife Towing the permit was indeed on the dashboard! My husband took a picture at the Tow company for proof before opening up the door. When then reported this back to Bella Sanoma they only agreed to credit us half of the $300 toward our rent, even though the permit was indeed in the car!!! The people at the tow company acted as if they did not want to be involved and knew nothing about a permit (makes me wonder if the tow company and the complex have some kind of business arrangement...)They also said that they towed his vehicle because it was parked in the "RV Section". There is no sign up that says a specific area is reserved for RV's or big vehicles....how in the world where we supposed to know this as new residents and no warning sign???? This is a nice place to live, but be very careful when parking...My husband now tapes the dang permit to his front window!!!
