I've lived in several different apartment communities and when I came across Bella Sonoma I was so relieved to find what looked to be like a wonderful place to live.
BUT I WAS FOOLED BY GOOD LOOKS!! I've lived here 9 months now and this has been the worst living experience in my life! The office staff are rude and stuck up.
You pay a lot of money to live here and then they treat you like it's a privilege for you to be here.
Like we're not paying to be here or something.
And because you pay so much, your neighbors are all STUCK UP!! We've had one good neighbor the entire time we've lived here.
Everyone else is stuck up just like the office ladies.
And Michele; she's the "head" manager is the ring ling leader! I'm telling you right now don't be fooled by the pastel paint and fancy appliances!! This place is a complete waste of money and you'll be living with a head ache the whole time!

Shut the hell up Jesse !! your probably one of the stuck up ones that he is talking about ! I use to live there when they first opened and Michelle was just one of the underlings at the time but she was stuck up then. The water heater broke, the ledge was not finished on our balcony of the town house. The pool was not finished and then when it was done the people across the street casually strolled over any time they pleased and swam in the pool !! so much for a gated community !!
bella sonoma is a sham !! ohhhh did i mention that the walls are so thin that you can hear your neighbor snore and when they pushed the buttons on the microwave ohhhhh and my favorite is when i heard the phone ringing and i thought it was my own and i ran threw my town house looking for my phone just to realize that it was my neighbors

Yeah i am glad that you are showing your age. HUM stuck up no i do not have enough time to get to know my neighbors. The ones i have do not give a crap that they even have neighbors, and will play their music at all times of the day and night despite the cops being called on them. Also, i to was one of the first to move into the apartments. That is how it goes in every new apartment complex. They cannot afford to wait until it is finished being built.
Besides i will state the obvious for apartment renters. IT IS apartment living. Welcome to it. It is loud and made out of cheap material. Hell that is even how cheap houses are being made. Get over it move out and stop your sniveling. Houses are cheap enough now for you to buy
