Looks Great but Office Staff are extermely rude and unhelpful

Dont be fooled by the pretty looks. It may be nice place to live but the office staff are nothing short of discourteous. My friend came over on a surprise visit after 8PM when the office was closed and they towed his car in 1 hour! First the office was closed, so I couldnt get a guest parking pass. Second, out of 15 cars that were marked for towing only ours got towed by next morning! That cost me a whole lot of embarrassment and humiliation plus $288 to get my fiends car back! These people do not care about how you feel or do anything to rectify the situation even when they know theyre wrong. I agree with the other tenant who said that even if you pay rent and your supposed to be the client, they sure remind you that its a privilege to live here. I used to recommend this place to my friends but not more!
