A great place, but...

Look, the management is not bad at all, the community is nice, clean, new and inviting.

However, the rent is increasing at an alarming rate.

It's nice to have a great place to live like Bella but it's beyond me as to the justification for the raise.

Granted, Bella Sonoma IS a business..

but we're being gouged.

It's my reccommendation that anyone who doesn't REALLY make the income qulifications and anyoen of a fixed budget avoid living here until the rates drop down.

For this reason I will not be renewing my lease here.

Now, as for the quality of the property..

It's amazing.
