Look, the management is not bad at all, the community is nice, clean, new and inviting. However, the rent is increasing at an alarming rate. It's nice to have a great place to live like Bella but it's beyond me as to the justification for the raise. Granted, Bella Sonoma IS a business.. but we're being gouged. It's my reccommendation that anyone who doesn't REALLY make the income qulifications and anyoen of a fixed budget avoid living here until the rates drop down. For this reason I will not be renewing my lease here.

Now, as for the quality of the property.. It's amazing.
