Pros:

1.) I think the office staff is great. They have never been rude, and we use the cabana quite often to play pool and such. I even left my phone in the billiard room and they went out of there way to get it back to me, like by calling my mom and letting her know that I had left my phone there. I wasn't even expecting to get it back! They have always been really polite and helpful to us. We have never had a problem with the manager either.

2.) We have never had parking issues. My husband and I each have a car, and we always find parking. We also have friends over all the time and have never had issues. You HAVE to get a parking pass though! And if it is after hours, we just leave a message and put a note in the car. It has never been an issue.

3.) Very clean apartments and pretty quiet for the most part. Grounds are very well taken care of. Awesome gym, and we have great neighbors. That of course is different with everybody, but we were lucky enough to have good ones.


Cons:

1.) PRICEY! Yes, these apartments are pretty expensive, but it you take advantage of the amenities, it isn't so bad.

2.) EXTREMELY thin walls. The other reviews were right. I can be in my bathroom and hear people talking downstairs. But, these are apartments, it is kind of expected.

3.) It is a HUGE pain turning left on 20th to get to the freeway. There is only a 2 way stop, and if you are trying to go somewhere during high traffic times, you are totally screwed. Fortunately though, there is an alternative route, but it does take a little bit longer.

4.) There is really no shopping close. To go grocery shopping you have to go to Milton, but really, it's only about a 5-10 minute drive, so it could be worse.

After all these pros and cons, I honestly think that the PROS outweigh the CONS. We do still live here though, so I guess we will find out when we try to move out to see if we can still get our deposit back. Ohwell, I still recommend it!
