I WROTE THE ORIGINAL "SANFORD AND SONS APARTMENT REVIEW" I find it troubling that the staff of Bella Sonoma makes a point to lie and say they are secretaries but yet its the managers writing the reviews as well as others.
I was the one that wrote the original Sanford and Son review. The bella sonoma was a lovely place to move into. We were actually the 3rd family to move into the complex, they havent even started the second stage. The staff started out nice but once the lease were signed they went from being very nice and cooperative to being -------!! sorry to say that but its true!
We signed a lease for 9 months and we are so glad that we did. Upon moving out we had the apartment professionally cleaned, rugs steamed cleaned, we even paid their first maintenance man to come and paint the townhouse and once we moved out the house they seemed to find stains that were not there, nicks in the walls that were not there etc and tried to keep our security deposit as well as charging us another $1000.00 ..They did not know that we took video camera tapes of the apartments and of the different stages of cleaning and we fought the company and took them to court. The judge ruled in our favor and refunded all of our rent. In the words of the judge "the apartment will have basic wear and tear and it is unrealistic for anyone to want the apartment to look like nobody ever lived in it, if thats the case then dont rent it!"
The point of the review is to say..TAKE THEM TO COURT !! if you have a legit case FIGHT IT !!! we used Perkins & Coie since i worked for them at the time and we we won. Bella Sonoma is a fraud !! They pride themselves on being a gated community but i bet people from across the street are still walking in and using the pool there..lol.. SUE THEM !! i wouldnt suggest this apt to my worst enemy

Wow you're so creative!!! You should learn that this site is for you OWN opinion and not copying someone's else. Unless you still live here even though you stated YEARS ago the same thing. AND what section 8 tenants!?! Why don't you read the past responses to your original review and check with the county. If you want to live with Section 8 tenants go to GHETTO!!!
