I have been here for 2 years now. I started in a one bedroom before I got married and now I'm in a two bedroom with my husband and we are expecting our first child in September. Pretty soon, we will have lived in almost every floor plan here. I've never had a problem getting work orders done and never had any issues with management, so some of the comments are surprising. I admit in my one bedroom I could hear my neighbors, but they could hear me as well. Now that we are in our two bedroom, I can still hear my neighbors, but not as much as my previous apartment. This is apartment living...get over it! My husband and I have had our share of apartment living from Tacoma to Puyallup and I can tell you we are very happy here. We have a nice place and great neighbors. For the price that we pay and what features that are here, I think it's worth every penny until we buy a house. I would recommend Bella Sonoma to everyone...and for the people who have problems...have you tried talking to the office'

I live in a townhome and if they were for sale I would buy one! My kids and I have plenty of space and it's a great layout.

I moved in here back when it opened, moved out, than moved back in agaon a year later. This community really is good and the staff runs it so efficiently. You can't expect gold everytime but this place comes VERY close.

the walls are thin and most of the things in the place fell apart within a month. I would not recommend.
