I use to live at Bella Sonoma and was sad to go, but due to the lay offs at my job, I had to leave. It was upsetting because I had just signed a new lease and now I had to break it. I had a meeting with some of the ladies in the office regarding my job lose and having to break my lease. After I moved out I received my move-out statement and I have to admit...at first I was really upset. I had to pay for breaking my lease, some cleaning and the damage that my stupid cat did. I went to the office and spoke with Jennifer regarding the charges. She explained to me what each charge was and showed me the pictures that they had taken. I explained to her that my unemployment would not cover the balance, so she spoke with the manager and she let me make payment arrangements, so that I wouldn't be sent to collections. I am grateful for them understanding my situation. Would I recommend Bella Sonoma...YES! Do I plan to move back when I get back on my feet...YES! Did I get rid of my cat...no.
