I find it incredibally troubling to see some of the attacks against the staff and the community on the review board.
I myself have managed my share of apartment communites and I can tell you that there is a lot to learn from this team.
First and foremost, they are professional in every aspect.
Their first responsibility is always to their community members and the community ownership, seeing that the business runs properly and in accordance with federal fair housing regulations.
As such, you will notice that they are required through no personal choice of their own, to enforce the rules laid out on the contract you sign when you move into the community.
This can include early term fees, damage recovery and the right of quiet enjoyment to each community memeber while still maintaining the upkeep of the community and its overall appearance.
Also, the management is responsible for keeping the community at its highest appeal for prospective clients as well as all current community members who reside there.
If the staff didn't enforce these rules, you would find that the overall quality of life where you lived would start to slip.
When you receive your move-out statement, you will find charges for damage within the home that reflect the cost of the repairs needed for a turnover after you have left.
If the management did not make these repairs at "actual cost", than cheaper parts would be used and the home would not be as inviting to the next person who will live there after you.
And after I moved from there (three times) my charges were very reasonable and I was not charged full price on several items, including normal wear and tare to the carpet and paint.
I can also vouch for the staff's professionalism as they are courteous (more so than many hotel concierges I have met) and respoinsive to needs.
If you encounter an issue with the staff, I can only say that either a) you had un unreasonable request or b) you expected results from something much sooner than realistically possible.
It takes incredible patience to work with several (hundreds) of different personallity types and maintain composure when someone goes above and beyond to attack someone because of an issue that is normally outside of managements control.

Your community also features sprawling green grounds and amenities that are second to none.
From the moment you enter the clubhouse to the first step into your new home, you will find that each particular detail appeals to the 5 senses and offers quality and luxury that cannot be matched by any other surrounding community at such an affordable price.
And no, the staff did not write this review.

You are definitly a part of the staff or upper management. the whole moving out three times and recieving a fair move out fee i call bluff on.

This is someone that is staff or paid to try to boost its 47% rating ! For ANY APT community 47% rating is bad ! The reason i say this is someone that is staff or paid to try to boost rating is because of verbiage "with industry experience" Im an attorney and i listen to words and this is not from your average renter. this posting is garbage i suggest you read from the average renters or visit the site yourself and your see just how full of it Bella Sonoma is.. their initials are not BS for nothing !!
