Hi just so you know, this apartment complex is o.k. at best. I loved the washer & dryer in each unit, but as time went on,the owners & managers would tack on extra fees-such as water & garbage. They make you pay for broken screen doors and such.The construction of the place is low end.I think they are nickle and diming everyone because they are loosing a lot of tenents.
There seemed to be a few car brake ins. But that has subsided in the past few months.
I heard there about three registered sex offenders in the complex. And one tenents who is mentally handicapped that trys to (and succeded in a couple of apts.) get into apartments and masterbate in front of people. It is gross. In one incident, the cops were not able to do anything to the guy (Who is 32 years old!) because he is mentally retarded. His family does not watch him very well. I still see him when I get off of work from the swing shift,eying everyone's apts. to see if he could get in.What a creep.
The cops like pulling people over in this area too...especially if you are a minority.
The stores are not very convenient either. And the nearby resturants are not very good either.
Well, if you want to live here I wish you luck. I will be glad to be out of this place, for the quality of aptartments, they are to expensive.

IM VERY GLAD U DONT LIVE HERE NO MORE IVE LIVED HERE BACK IN 2005-2007 AND RETURNED 2008 EVERY APARTMENTS MAKING U PAY FOR YOUR OWN WATER AND GARBAGE NEVER HAD SEX OFFENDERS LIVE HERE AND IF DID THEY WOULD OF GOTTEN CONVIVTED THEY DO A BACKGROUND CHECK ON ALL APPLICANTS YOUVE MUST OF MOVED TOO CHATUEA RAINER APARTMENTS WHERE ITS VERY GHETTO I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE APRTMENTS TO ANY ONE
