I have lived in 2 apartments prior to this one. The staff is amazingly helpful and fast at responding -email, phone, whatever! Anytime I've need maintenance help I've gotten it in less than 24hrs and they quickly solved the problem. There is a huge parking lot which it's really hard not to find a parking spot unless you come really late at night. The security gate is great as it is open from 7am to 7pm and is in a quiet area. Sometimes you hear police sirens, semi-truck engines or the often train horns... but that's only if you are in dead silence. Nowhere is completely peaceful. We have great views from the top floor of the cascades and mt. rainier and parts of downtown tacoma. We love it
