Tarmigan at Wapato Creek

Very nice except for noise From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/28/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   This is the same builder as The Lodge in Federal Way, so that should have given me the clue that the walls were thin after reading comments on the Lodge. Can hear neighbors in the bathroom, watching tv, and walking heavily. Train is close, but you get used to it. Parking for guests is difficult on a Friday or Saturday evening. Routine issues with mail ending up in the wrong box. But if those are the worst things about an apartment, then it can't be too bad. The staff is very helpful and responsive; beautiful views if you have one; very big bathroom. Only saw the police there once (not bad for an apartment complex). Outside noise level is minimal, just neighbors. New place, but cracks appearing, possibly due to the train rattling the building.
