Tarmigan at Wapato Creek

Okay... but a little pricey... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/19/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   Living at Tarmigan has been okay... at best... We have had noise problems since we moved in, from the train, to our neighbors, you name it. Parking has and is an issue on our end.... The gate sounds like a good feature, but does not stop anyone, or thing. The place looks nice inside, but the wood items are really cheap.
