Stay Away!!! Its just plain awful.

One of the first to move in and hopefully soon to move out. It looks all nice and upscale up front but its not. Parking sucks unless you want to pay $50 or more for a covered spot. Its WAY expensive, they tell you some BS about its the fair market value which basically means they can charge you or up your rent any amount at any time if and when they feel like it and you have to sign for a year to keep it at that price. Staff is ridiculous, so fake and sugary sweet. They just get all excited to stick it to you I guess. It is noisy but that comes with living in any apartment. Kids do run around in the streets and pay no attention nor get out of the way when cars are coming, I'm suprised one hasn't been run over yet which is sad to say.
I've been told I would get a carpet cleaning free both times I've renewed my lease but that's never happend. I've only called maintence one time to fix something and that was about two years ago...I mean come on, I know apartments aren't all great but they should at the very least give you more ammenities for the rent they charge. Right down the street its about the same price and they have indoor and outdoor pools and free tanning and plenty of parking that you don't have to pay more for. I'd much rather be writing something nice but if I can save one person from moving here then I'm happy.
