I have live here at Tarmigan since day one ! I have to say I really like it here and love the staff they are all so friendly and helpful. I have been here for 3 years and did get a letter that my lease was expiring and will be raised $50. I thought that was alot alot until I started looking around. I spoke with Lisa and she explained in my terms of why they are raisng rents. It makes sence but who wants that ya know. it is my first increase in 3 years though so I should not be complaining too much. Plus the pool is about to open and that is the best thing ever. I will be here until they kick me out !!!
