I just moved into these apartments this month and I am amazed at how quiet it is. I almost wonder if I am too loud at times. Everytime anyone comes over they say the same thing whether we are out on the huge balcony patio or inside the spacious open apartment......"I wouldnt even think you had neighbors, it's like you dont even live in an apartment complex". I love it the management seems to be very nice and parking is great when visitors come there is ample visitor parking. It is on 20th which can be busy but even with the construction going on right across the way its still absolutely quiet in the middle of the afternoon. I would definately reccomend it.
