I have never lived in an apartment complex, and sometimes I seems like I dont - I just moved into these apartments this month and I am amazed at how quiet it is. I almost wonder if I am too loud at times. Worst experience ever! It's one thing to look at an apartment, but when the guy helping you uses words like, F***, S***, etc. Why would I want to live there? My wife and I left with a bad taste for this place. I will NOT be recommending this place to any of my fellow soldiers.

i wouldnt plan on getting any of your deposits back :( Moved out recently. They got us for our deposit plus quite a bit more. A bit shocked considering we left the apartment in excellent condition.

High Crime, Poor Management Since the new Manager took over at the start of the year car prowling has increased and car theft has increased. The manager changes the rules alot. and the Kitchens are not much more than a KITCHENETTE!!! Right next to I-5 and alot of noise. which will get worse

THIS PLACE IS NOTHING SPECIAL I have to agree with most of you the staff are not very friendly they are all stuck up. Walls are so thin that i can hear my neighbor's cellphone vibrate it's that thin. there is no playground so when summertime comes the children are all over the place.

OVER PRICED - cheap - they just appear to be nice ITS LIKE MAGIC!! Shop around - these cheaply built apartments look nice but thats about it. Seems like everyone else summed it up already about the problems I have encountered too.
