Cliffside is a nice place in looks, but under the surface it's got it's set of problems. The apartments are gorgeous, but the community has a few problems. There has been a problem with cars getting broken into. Pets are allowed, but there are always the few owners that refuse to clean up after their pets outdoors. The septic tanks fill up too high after it rains which triggers an alarm that often goes off in the middle of the night, and the responce time from emergency maintanence is terrible. It is a great place if you have kids though, there are many young couples in the complex with elementary school children. Pets are allowed up to 40 pounds, but there is a $300 pet deposit and a monthly pet rent of $30!!! Pretty high. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
