I was just hearing from other residents, thats they are planning to raise the rents over 100$ a month, thats crazy, what gives them the right to come in and just raise the rates like that, and they didnt even let the other staff have jobs, you cant just change and expect people to be happy about it, and it happened so quick, iam military, this was an affordable safe place to live, and now the new managment want to drive everyone one out, how can they say they support the troops, i just can see how many people they will loose here, people that have been living here years..but thats the casualty of a big real estate taking over, ive been a vicitim of it 3 times in the last 5 years, they dont do a thing, and they keep raising the rents....
I will miss julie, tim, nick and dianna, this was a personalble staff, they always said hello to you and made u feel at home, this place feels cold now....
