I have resided at The Cliffside Apartments since Feb. 0f 2004, I really enjoyed my stay here, up until Feb. 2005 when the property sold to Prometheus Managment. For whatever reason they let the old staff go and brought in all new people....I don't get it. DeAnna, Tim, Julie, Bill and even the accountant were just about the nicest people anyone ever met. Now the office is occupied by the most hostile humans. The new manager is more like attlia the hun then a manager. It is amazing that in the course of one conversation she blamed just about everything on the previous staff, I found this amusing seeing how the office runs terribly, and the property looks awful, since the old staff departed. Anyways I gave notice and I will be on my way. Really sad. Oh and if anyone from Prometheus reads this, you may want to actually change out the lights around the community, it seems that about 1/2 of the properties exterior lights are out. I mean seeing how all the maint. guy does is drive around in the golf cart all day.

Haha you know whats funny is I live in another of Prometheus' apartments and they do the same stuff. Just trying to find another apartment so I appreciate the input. I'll move on. :)

Hello all. Bill here. HI! Hmmm . I am sorry that so many feel the way they do . Although loving working with you all and having to live you as we all did the Cliffside Staff was a very heartbreaking moment. but As with any bussiness they will make there so called eveyry dime from you. Rentals are a bussiness and keeping that in mind who does win when you rent? Thank you for the very kind words it is nice in this so called bussiness to come to a forum like this and read how people really felt about you and your colegues. Thank you for your support and willingness to work together as a commuinty .
