As soon as you pull into the complex there is a huge pile of junk and garbage. This pile is to your left up in the field. They have washers and dryers and who knows what else. To top it off the dumpsters are always overflowing mid week. They need to have the trash dumped twice per week instead of once. But that would cost more money. You think they should be able to afford that since the rents have been raised.
