I was really surprised about the other reviews on Cliffside. I had a pet and found that paying pet rent was much better then paying the $500 fees found at most communities. As far as carbreak ins well it happend to me in Tacoma so crime is everywhere. The office staff was nice and professional and they are the first place I have lived that actually worked on enforcing there own policies. Overall it´s apt living what can you expect it will never be perfect, but Cliffside sure tries.
