Cliffside is a nice cozy place to call home.
It has some of the most beautifuls views.
Since the old management left, the property as improved by 100%. Pool is no longer
cold and you can enjoy it, it is the right temp. Grounds look great, Management
are some of the most nicest people I have met. They care about my needs. But most of all the office is open 7 days a week. Which great for me beacause I work long hours and if I need a work order done they are there to take care of my request.
Thank you Cliffside Management for all that you doing.

Sounds like someone from the Management Office is trying to redeem theirselves.... trust the other posts... stay away...

Interesting that while degrading prior management you attest to the fact that you have been a Resident in the year of 2005 only. You may want to do your homework or check your limited memory bank since you have only worked their (oops, RESIDED) their since January of 2005. I should know, I am part of the prior management team. In addition, you may want to utilize spell check in the future. It cannot help you with your poor grammar or limited vocabulary, but it can certainly make it appear as if you have some competency in spelling.

GIG HARBOR GHETTO. The NEW management had to write this load of crap. I guess if what you call improvements that the Police now like to visit the whack jobs they move in to ohhh let's say the "B" building. Way to go Prometheus. I can't get out of this place fast enough, and I personally would like to know where the other staff is, because they had class, something the current Cliffside staff would know nothing about. The writer of this review has it backwards, they took the property from 100% and are working their way down to 0% much like their iQ's
