Wow. 6/5/05 post sounds like an ad put here by the new Management team. What a sad attempt at redemption for doing such a poor job. The new Management here is horrible! The office staff is unprofessional and disrespectful. "Prometheus" the new owners need to make some major changes in the way the operate this complex. The grounds are poorly maintained, the garbage’s are overflowing, and the Maintenance staff is incompetent. We never had any problems with the old Managers. My lease is up in a month and I am heading out of this place. The view is ok, but definitely not all it is hyped up to be. “Waterfront living'” Give me a break! Don’t move here, there are definitely better places to live.
