It seems to me that all this is a "dumping gound" I have lived here at Cliffside for two years now and have seen many changes take place. I think the new Management is trying very hard to make things nice around here.
I'm glad to say that when my lease was up, my rent didn't change and they tried very hard to keep me happy.
I personally, love it here! Changes take place, people may not always agree with them, but give it a chance.
Also, I would likt to ask why the old management is writing things about the complex when this is supposed to be a "tenant" web site.

I don't know only noticed one old staff member replying here. which was me Bill out of respect for the residents of cliffside both old and new they mentioned my name so it is only polite to respond back in kindness. and as far as I seen from my post was thanking a resident for the kind words they spoke. And my second goal was to remind people. a apartment commuinty is a bussiness and in any bussiness what does the owner really care about? Lastly this is a internet bullentin board where every one has a right to comment and reply. to someone elses statment. Have a great day.
