I've lived here for 5 months now and have no complaints. The grounds are very well kept, the apartment is fairly sound-proof and I don't normaly hear my neighbors. The apartment itself is great, everything is in great working order and looks new. I have had no problems with the managment and they have been very polite and professional.

FYI - If your moving here to work in Seattle the commute is too far. It takes at least 1 hour to drive to Seattle and thats if there is no traffic.
