First off Cliffside is WAY overpriced for what they are. I am now at the end of my lease and when i was inquiring about when to give my notice to vacate i was told that i would still have to pay my last months rent.....even though i payed FIRST and LAST when I signed my lease. I brought this up and was givin -------- excuses. I called back a month or so later and asked the same question and was told after they looked at my account that i would not have to pay it....I deffinately would not trust the staff here. Cliffside's management is HORRIBLE and very money hungry. Over the summer almost Every one seemed to be moving out and even breaking leases from what ive heard because of rent raises since the new management. A new Moving truck or two every week and these trucks were packing UP stuff, not moving in. Biggest mistake of my year was signing here. Seemed great in the beginning.
