STRAIGHT TO THE POINT--THE GARBAGE--NEEDS TO BE HANDLED IN A TIMELY MANNER...THE MANAGER-- SHES A -----, TIRED, AND NEEDS TO MOVE ON..DOES NOT CARE OR LISTEN TO THE COMPLAINT.-----NEXT----THE MAINTANENCE STAFF---AQMAZING---THEY ARE THER FOR YOU IMMEDIATLY...FAST FRIENDLY AND FULL OF KNOWLEDGE.....LOVE THEM AND ILL MISS THEM...

THE ONLY OTHER GOOD THING WOULD BE THE BOXES AVAILABLE IN THE RECYCLE FOR MOVING....
