1. ------the Manager = 4 letter word starting with a C.
She is a smarmy little beady eyed, obnoxious, uneducated, racist, homophobic, bitter, unhappy woman, with an enormous A-S-S and a face like a 1952 Pontiac Hood Ornament (--------) who lacks any kind of social skills.

2. Paper thin walls and floors.

3. Chimney clogs are not fixable except unless it happens right as they call the company to come out for their ONCE A YEAR visit. If your chimney has a problem and it's 20 degrees out.. oh well! Too bad so sad!

4. When it snows or is icy, be prepared to stay home. You cannot get out of the complex with all the steep curved driveways.

5. Be prepared to listen to 3 or 4 FOG HORNS blasting away continuously ALL NIGHT LONG when it gets foggy on the Narrows from September to April.

6. Washer and dryers are big enough for 1/2 a load.

7. FORGET getting ANY deposit back.

8. GARBAGE all over the place, overflowing from the small dumpsters.
This draws all the raccoons who climb up the balconys and enter your upper floor apartments, crows and seagulls who crap all over your car and ferrel cats, who carry TB and Rabies.

I believe that everyone has the right to express an opinion on what they are feeling. However this is an apartment review and ratings and not a personal time to lash out and bash a human being.I believe this comment was left with the intent to share some venting with the public and is a very vinictive way of expression. Keep in mind that we do not get to see your rental records and see if you are possibly upset for other reason's other than the manager. If the complex could share your personal information and lash out at you as a resident... would you think that is fair?

I used to live there. That guy is right on. Let it be known that management was reprimanded for being unprofessional and their lack of bedside manner. Wait till summer when it???s so hot you can???t stand it and you want to open your windows. Everyone there seems to smoke and you can???t even open your windows without smoke coming in. And that Stacy??? 57 must have been the year she was born, yet she tells everyone how young people say she looks. I lived between the 1st and 3rd floor. The noise was terrible from both above and below. The place stunk! Worst place I ever lived.

This person is telling it EXACTLY the way it is. As far as his personal view of the manager... I'd say he was being kind. That woman is an absolute WITCH.

She is rude. I moved out because of the poor management and all the construction work. I was a very good tenant who always paid on time.... she would always talk down to me... maybe because I was young, regardless, I was an excellent tenant. She motivated me to move out and buy my first home!

I have to echo the comments from others here: she is indeed rude and does have a tendency to "talk down" to people. On the other hand, the rest of the staff, especially maintenance workers are great. My only problems have been with garbage overflowing from the dumpsters and with the inadequate recycling facilities.
