Get this people-120 apartments and the Management Company decided it was a good idea to remove the trash dumspters located thoughout the property. They out out a Happy Gram letter telling us all how lucky we are that we have to take our trash all the way to the front of the property and place it in a 220v trash compactor. I have managed apartments in the past and have seen what trash compactors can do to people. There is a reason they are supposed to be locked up. Anyway, that on top of the outrageous water bills ($50 a month!) and having the exterior lights plugged into my electricity meter - this place is extremely expensive. The on-site staff is fine, they have no control over these things. It's Dobler Management Company and they are all over the Puget Sound. Look out! SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ

I also live in a Forest Grove Apt. I have lived here for almost 2 years now. The Garbage story is very true. Lots of times its so bad out there that its piled up all over the outside of the dumpster. That is a Health matter and should be reported! People come in from the outside to dump their garbage there also , which makes it even worse. You can NEVER talk to anyone in the office, cause there never in . They have attitudes when you do talk to them so you don't even want to go to the office. And this is suppose to be our homes??!And for all of that.. The rent is to much! Can't wait to get out.
