The carpets in the apartments are never replaced. We had water damage and mold growing in one of the bedrooms as well as everywhere else (bathroom, windows, etc). We moved out and I asked the new tenants if the carpet was replaced, they said "NO". I explained my problems with mold and mildew. They said that explains the weird smell. DO NOT LIVE HERE. THE MOLD PROBLEM IS HORRIBLE. The management will look the other way and the management company - Dobler in Tacoma is rude and will not resolve any problems brought to them. Another problem with these apartments is the crazy drivers that speed through the parking lot at all hours. I witness one driver smash into the brick wall one evening. The situation with the trash is horrible too. When I lived there, they stated that they changed the trash to save money. The gate to the trash compactor was never lock and many kids used to play around there. When I told management how unsafe it was, they said "What are we suppose to do, give everyone a key for the lock on the gate'". RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU LIKE LiVING LIKE WHITE TRASH"
