Before the new management took over, things were out of control. I am so happy with the changes. There is order now and the staff is in the office during working hours. In the beginning the new management struggled with keeping a good maintenance guy. Now they hired a really good one. He is really nice and gets the work orders done right. I was reading the other negative comments and I was surprised. They must have been residents who didn't get there way. The staff is always nice, helpful and consistant.
