Well I would say that your liking it and think there is no mold problem, is interesting. However, considering that your on 35th and not 36th street might be why you don't have any mold problems - the sun hits that street differently. I am glad you have had a positive experience but most people I know that have lived there have dealt with mold problems. We experienced thousands of dollars in medical bills somewhere in the 45k range because of all the complications from mold our family dealt with. With also had to throw out all of our furniture when we left. I was close and personal friends with the maintenance man at the time - and the horror stories he told us about how management covered up mold problems is scary...
But enjoy while you can...

I am the manager and am very surprised about this review. As soon as these residents notified us that they thought their illness had to do with the apartment, our maintenance staff immediatly went to their apartments to investigate. The maintenance supervisor found that there was only condinsation on the windows and minimal discoloration around the windows from the long time moisture. Upon further invesigation we found that the problem was that their dryer vent had come unattached thus blowing the damp air back into their apartment. The dryer vent was fixed immediatly and we gave the resident the option of having an air specialist come out to test the air particals. The resident said that the condinsation problem went away and that they would let us know. As far as we knew everything was taken care of. The resident bought a house and maybe they are mad because they had to pay a lease break fee to get out of their lease. I thought our staff had a great relationship with these residents. I like them very much. Again I am surprised that the review is not truthful. My staff and I wish them well.

I have just moved in with my husband and we are so happy here. I have not had any mold problems our place is great bright open and very clean, I had the outside light out and they fixed it right away. the office staff is always nice. Maybe the reasons you had mold problems was due to you and your family. I have lived in bad apartments and this is not even close to being bad. In fact I look forward to staying here. =)

I agree with the last response. We have lived here for several years and have zero mold problems. I'm in the medical field and know for a fact that most problems with mold are due to housekeeping issues, etc. We are very happy here! :)
