Beware of management

Like the other reviews, the units are old, not soundproof, some mold, etc. But all in all, for apartment living it isn't bad. What is bad is Dobler Management. We signed a 12 month lease to make sure we weren't hit with any increases or surprises. 12 months into our lease they decided to take over billing of utilities and over bill them. We are paying more for water and sewer per month in a 2 bedroom apartment than we paid for 3 months is a 3 bedroom house. We asked to be let out of our lease because of this change and were told that no amount is specified in the lease, therefore we will be charged $830 if we want to leave. If you do rent here, make them add everything to the lease, if its not written you will have a fight. Also, check the better business bureau, they do not have a good rating.
