The good would be the apt at Harbor Country are bigger and cheaper than most. That would be about it there. The rest is pretty bad. To start the parking is terrable, all the spots are very narrow. My car was actaully sideswiped there with no note left on it. To make it worst there not enough parking so you end up parking on the other end of the complex at times. They have no reserved parking or covered parking and the lighting is bad. They been having a problem with car thieft.
When i finally moved out of there i had every clean from top to bottom. Few months later i get a letter saying what i owe after my deposit, $1,100. Come to find out they decied to pull a fast one and had a bunch of charges from every little bad spot on the carpet to making spots up there were not there. I was lucky i had my move in slip that i had wrote down all the things i saw. They have a copy as well, but didnt bother to look at it before billing you for other peoples damage. I had to argue with her person to person to get the charges taken off. The best i was able to do was get it down to $500 and even though i should of been getting money back all i was told is "hey i already lowered it in half i think thats good enough".
I dont know if they do this with everyone that lives there but I always was a good tendent. Payed my rent on time, never made noise, left the apt cleaner than it was when i moved in. They treat me like crap and charge me a arm and a leg to make a some extra money.
I will never recommend this place just because of those moveout. If you still are intrested in moving in remember to write down every little thing you can find thats bad no matter how small and take pictures to protect yourself from getting large bills when you move out like i did.
